This assessment includes a list of 34 strengths and asks individuals to rate how well each strength describes them on a scale of 1 to 5. However, it's important to note that the evidence base for its reliability and validity as a measure of individual differences is limited. Free.

Strength Deployment Inventory
Designed to help individuals understand their motivations and how to use this understanding to improve communication and relationships, this tool was developed by Dr. Elias Porter, a pioneer in the field of conflict resolution, and is based on the idea that people have different motivations that drive their decision-making. The assessment includes a list of 12 motivators and asks individuals to rate how well each motivator describes them. Enneagram Assessment
Describing nine different personality types and how they interact with the world around them, the Enneagram has been used for many years as a tool for personal growth and development and has gained a significant following in recent years. Developed by Molly Owens, who also led the development of assessments based on Myers and Briggs’ personality types, the Enneagram focuses on identifying an individual's basic motivations, fears, and core beliefs, and how these influence their behavior and decision-making. Kolbe A™ Index
Designed to help people understand their natural way of taking action and how to use it to achieve success, this tool was developed by Kathy Kolbe, a consultant and author, and is based on the idea that people have a unique "modus operandi" (MO) that determines how they solve problems. Including about 100 items that asks people to rate how well each statement describes them on a scale of 1 to 8, the test is intended to be used for personal growth and development. VIA Survey
Designed to help individuals identify their top character strengths and learn how to use them to live a more fulfilling life, this test was developed by psychologists Christopher Peterson and Martin Seligman.
